The Role of a Councillor

As a councillor representing the community of Alnmouth, you will help keep it a great place to live, work and visit. You will be supported in your role and training will be provided. You will need to have a device on which you can send and receive emails and should be comfortable using the internet to review planning applications and other documents. If you have a positive outlook, a can-do attitude and are willing to work as part of a team to serve and represent your community then you would be an asset to the Parish Council.  If this sounds like you – then please apply.

The Process

If you are interest in becoming a councillor please contact the Clerk for an application form.
